Sonicboom was defeated by Skygunners in a tough game in Daegu 91-95. Leader Wonju DB delivered the 41th victory. This time they beat 7th ranked KoGas (21-33) 82-73. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Dedric Lawson (206-1997, college: Kansas) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Jongkyu Kim contributed with 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward DuVaughn Maxwell (201-1991, college: Hampton) answered with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 18 rebounds and 4 blocks for KoGas. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Wonju DB maintains first place with 41-13 record. It was a great evening for Guna Ra who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. At the losing side Jameel Warney responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Egis have a solid series of three victories in a row. KCC Egis maintains fifth place with 29-25 record. Loser Knights keep the fourth position with 23 games lost.
In the last two games of round 43 Anyang was defeated by Mobis Phoebus in Ulsan 83-81. Bottom-ranked Seoul Thunders were smashed by LG Sakers at home 63-98.
