Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game between third ranked Sonicboom (33-21) and eighth ranked Skygunners (19-35) was the most important one in the last round on Sunday night. Sonicboom was defeated by Skygunners in a tough game in Daegu 91-95. Sono SG forced 19 Suwon KT turnovers. 26 personal fouls committed by Suwon KT helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Forward Jeong-Hyeon Lee (187-1999) fired 39 points (!!!), 7 rebounds, 9 assists and 7 steals for the winners. Nigerian-American center Chinanu Onuaku (207-1996, college: Louisville) chipped in 17 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists. Nigerian center Micheal Eric (211-1988, college: Temple) produced a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 15 rebounds (on 12-of-13 shooting from the field) for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Sono SG maintains eighth place with 19-35 record. Suwon KT at the other side keeps the third position with 21 games lost.
Leader Wonju DB delivered the 41th victory. This time they beat 7th ranked KoGas (21-33) 82-73. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Dedric Lawson (206-1997, college: Kansas) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Jongkyu Kim contributed with 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward DuVaughn Maxwell (201-1991, college: Hampton) answered with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 18 rebounds and 4 blocks for KoGas. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Wonju DB maintains first place with 41-13 record. KoGas at the other side keep the seventh position with 33 games lost.
The game in Jeonju supposed to be also quite interesting. 4th placed Knights (31-23) played at the court of fifth ranked Egis (29-25). Egis smashed Knights 102-79 on Sunday. It was a great evening for Guna Ra who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. At the losing side Jameel Warney responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Egis have a solid series of three victories in a row. KCC Egis maintains fifth place with 29-25 record. Loser Knights keep the fourth position with 23 games lost.

In the last two games of round 43 Anyang was defeated by Mobis Phoebus in Ulsan 83-81. Bottom-ranked Seoul Thunders were smashed by LG Sakers at home 63-98.

KCC Egis - Seoul Knights 102-79

The game in Jeonju supposed to be also quite interesting. 4th placed Knights (31-23) played at the court of fifth ranked Egis (29-25). Egis smashed Knights 102-79 on Sunday. KCC Egis looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. It was a great evening for the former international forward Guna Ra (203-1989, college: Missouri) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. The former international Joon-Young Choi (200-1994) helped adding 17 points and 5 rebounds. At the losing side American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds and the former international guard Jaehyun Oh (185-1999) scored 11 points and 7 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Egis have a solid series of three victories in a row. KCC Egis maintains fifth place with 29-25 record. Loser Knights keep the fourth position with 23 games lost.

There was no surprise in Ulsan where 9th ranked Anyang (18-36) was edged by sixth ranked Mobis Phoebus (26-28) 83-81 on Sunday. It was a great evening for American forward Keve Aluma (206-1998, college: Virginia Tech, agency: Pensack Sports) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds. His fellow American import forward Gaige Prim (203-1999, college: Missouri St.) helped adding 14 points. Four Mobis Phoebus players scored in double figures. At the losing side American forward Jamil Wilson (201-1990, college: Marquette) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds and the former international point guard Jihoon Park (184-1995) scored 12 points and 6 assists. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Mobis Phoebus maintains sixth place with 26-28 record. Defending champion Anyang keeps the ninth position with 36 games lost.

Seoul Thunders - LG Sakers 63-98

No shocking result in a game in Seoul where second ranked Sakers (37-17) smashed bottom-ranked Samsung Thunders (15-39) 98-63 on Sunday. LG Sakers dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Samsung Thunders' 30. LG Sakers outrebounded Seoul Thunders 42-30 including 30 on the defensive glass. LG Sakers looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when LG Sakers made 8 blocks. It was a great evening for Spanish-Colombian power forward Juan Tello-Palacios (206-1985) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Naturalized American guard Justin Gutang (191-1997, college: Skyline JC) helped adding 10 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Sakers players scored in double figures. At the losing side American power forward Ishmael Lane (203-1997, college: NSU) responded with 13 points and the former international forward Junghyun Lee (191-1987) scored 9 points and 7 assists. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. LG Sakers maintains second place with 37-17 record having four points less than leader Wonju DB. Loser Samsung Thunders stay dead last with 39 lost games.
